We also wanted to add an acidic component to the range for the Zwart. After blending our zwart base beer and the Zure base beer, we were not completely satisfied, so we experimented a bit further with an Oud Bruin that we had made earlier to make the whole a bit rounder in taste.
After maturing, the old brown turned out to be slightly more dominant, we then called the beer Zwart Odd Bruin
