 Our very first blend ever was a  beer consisting of 4 beers: Two sour beers and 2 blond beers. The Zure Pater ** Uncut ** is the sour component without the other beers.
 
 Expect a distinctly sour beer, perfect as an aperitif beer
 
 This beer is only used twice a year to later serve as a basic beer for the entire Zure Pater family.

Perfect to drink after +/- 6 months, also possible for long-term storage.

  • Bewaren & Serveren

    Storage: This is an ideal storage beer, it gets better with age. Bottles may be stored lying or upright, 1 week before consumption place the bottle upright so that the sediment can settle.

    To serve: pouring temperature 8-12 ° C, pour carefully and leave half a centimeter of beer (with sediment) in the bottle.

  • Taste

    A grapefruit-like taste with a nice dry finish.
